Introducing the Enneagram to the Business Realm

Abstract: With a growing demand for more personalized leadership and an increased desire to better understand one’s own motives and behaviors, today’s leaders may be interested in a personality typing system known as the Enneagram. Enneagram theory presents an avenue for those who study it to improve their understanding of underlying aspects of the self and others. When applied within the business realm, it has the potential to improve relationships and increase employee satisfaction and commitment.
