Implementing Effective Classroom Management Strategies to Develop EFL Students Engagement Language Speaking Skills in Beginners B1

Abstract: This research that led to the development of a methodology, aimed at teachers, based on information and communication technologies, which uses the results of informal learning in elementary basic education, to promote the development of language skills. Based on a case study of the Liceo Morayma Veloz de Báez pre-university level, academic modality proposes how to develop the linguistic competences to reach the B2 linguistic level in all students. Level B2 corresponds to the so-called independent users of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) is the system that defines and explains the different levels of oral and written expression and comprehension for languages such as English. It comprises 6 reference levels: three blocks (basic level or A, independent or B and competent or C), which are divided into two sublevels, 1 and 2. It has the necessary fluency to communicate effortlessly with native speakers. With these elements, the design of the COLIMPI English Class course was determined through Google Classroom. The methodology includes the aspects suggested by the pedagogical approach of the flipped classroom. An activity plan was created aimed at the training of teachers to tackle an educational work of this importance, essential in the 21st century, in which globalization imposes the need for greater communication between citizens of all countries. The methodology was validated with quantitative and qualitative research methods, achieving the objectives of the proposed linguistic level.
