Educational Quality and Communication in Higher Education of Amealco

Abstract: In the article different topics are managed such as education, communication, constructivism and competence approach, all related to the educational field in upper higher education making emphasis in the importance of communication for students integral develop. A quantitative approximation was used with the survey technique to know and measure educational quality through verbal and digital communication in students in an upper lever. The instrument was applied to 129 students currently in the BA of Administration and Public Accountant, all from the municipality of Amealco de Bonfil in Queretaro. The results obtained show that the competence approach, communication and the use of technology are factors that have impact directly in the educational sector because through them the student can acquire an integral development in its school trajectory and in the work field.
