Abstract: This paper provides an overview
of a number of techniques designed to improve critical-creative thinking.
Guidelines for facilitating the creation of outcomes are presented through a
variety of critical constructive techniques that rouse discussion, evoke
reasoning, and stimulate higher order thinking. Students are tremendously
affected by the techniques and methods used in the classroom. This paper
examines the perceptions of junior and senior level pre-service education
students with regard to their experiences with a variety of instructional
learning techniques.
