Abstract: Technological cooperation between different organizations has been recognized as a mechanism to potentiate efforts and improve resource allocation for industrial innovation, and for this reason it is important to reflect on the scientific and technological environment of the biopharmaceutical activities in Mexico, the situation of that context will decipher the possible trajectory of collaboration in the sector.
